1. Definitions
“Metis” / “We” / “Us” refers to the Metis Weight Loss Program operated under Raiqa AI Pvt Ltd
“User” / “You” refers to any person enrolled in or accessing the Metis program.
“Services” refers to telehealth consultations, personalized weight loss plans, nutrition and exercise guidance, and any related offerings under Metis.
Users must be 18 years or older.
By using our services, you confirm that all information provided (medical history, lifestyle habits, etc.) is true and accurate.
Metis is not suitable for emergency care. In case of a medical emergency, please call your local emergency number immediately.
3. Program & Service Use
Metis provides health guidance and clinical support but does not replace your relationship with your primary healthcare provider.
All consultations are conducted via telehealth platforms approved by Metis.
Users agree to follow the care plan, prescriptions, or lifestyle modifications recommended.
4. Payments
Fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment or as per terms.
Prices are subject to change with prior notice, but existing users will not be affected mid-subscription.
All payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
5. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel enrollment:
➤ Before Consult → Full refund if informed before 24 hours (minus transaction fees).
➤ After Consult → No refund (as resources and clinician time are already allocated).
6. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed as per the cancellation terms above.
Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
No refunds will be issued for:
➤ Missed consultations.
➤ Failure to follow the prescribed plan.
➤ Dissatisfaction with weight loss results (results vary per individual).
7. Rescheduling & No-Show
Consultations can be rescheduled with 24 hours’ prior notice.
Failure to attend without notice will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited without refund.
8. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate medical and lifestyle information.
Use Metis services for personal health purposes only.
Not engage in any abusive, offensive, or unlawful behavior during telehealth sessions.
9. Medical Disclaimer
Metis is designed to support weight management and related health concerns.
We do not guarantee specific weight loss outcomes.
Services are not a substitute for physical medical examination or emergency care.
Any prescriptions (if provided) are subject to clinical discretion.
10. Data & Privacy
Metis collects and processes personal and health information in line with our Privacy Policy.
We comply with applicable data protection laws (e.g., Australian Privacy Act 1988 & Health Records Act 2001).
11. Limitation of Liability
Metis is not responsible for:
➤ Adverse health outcomes resulting from user’s failure to follow the prescribed plan.
Technical issues (internet, device, or software failure).
➤ Our liability is limited to the
amount paid by the user for the program.
12. Termination
Metis reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if a user violates these Terms.
In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts.
